A way to change thought patterns

When we are consciously creating new thought patterns, using our less dominant hand opens up parts of our brains that creates new pathways.

Add in the good stuff! 

Begin using your less dominant hand for such things as combing your hair, sipping from a cup, vacuuming, flipping eggs, brushing your teeth, opening doors.  No heavy machinery though LOL

As you do this, think new, positive thoughts.  Day dream, imagine if, play with new ideas.

Observe as things around you begin to change and line up with your new positive thinking.
