Stop Self-Sabotage

You’ve likely experienced this yourself at some point in your life…As you launch into making a positive change for yourself, it just doesn’t stick.

Maybe it’s the nutrition plan, the workout, the new biz venture, dating, training programpasttemptation… Something that is aligned with expanding a greater version of yourself.

You might self sabotage and come up with reasons to not follow through, show up or ditch out.

It’s not you! It’s the smaller parts of you. The parts that find comfort in knowing what is.

Change freaks out the smaller parts. Change and expansion can feel like going into a foreign country and not knowing the language or anyone else there.

When you find this happening, witness and love the smaller parts that arise. Give them a voice. Comfort these parts. Feel what they’re trying to tell you. But, don’t let these parts make the decisions for you.

How to stick with your plan of expansion?

  • Remember why you’re doing what you chose.
  • Focus on the end result.
  • Keep the vision of your dream strong by visualizing daily.
  • And of course get support – These smaller parts were created within for a purpose and sometimes feel like their lives are being threatened and will hold on for dear life convincing you to halt what you’re doing!

Clearing energy, creating new neuropathways, releasing fears, creating new beliefs and having someone hold your vision are just a few key components in making lasting change and create a life you love.
