Journey to Radical Self Love

“Don’t be satisfied with stories, how things have gone with others. Unfold your own myth.” ~ Rumi

Radical Self Love because…

…the most important relationship you’ll ever have is the one between you and you. Each and every relationship and experience you have is a mirror of the relationship you have with yourself.

When things weren’t how I wanted them to be (love, money, career), I always tried to change everything outside of me. I tried the next best diet, a new outfit, a professional online dating profile, thought “if he only treated me better”… Nothing changed. When I understood how the relationship I had with myself was the key to change – everything changed!

Radical Self Love changed my life.  It involved breaking patterns and creating a connection with myself. Radical Self Love is it is beyond the ordinary, beyond the mani’s, pedi’s, massages or a new pair of shoes.  It is about owning all of who I am, loving myself unconditionally, creating healthy boundaries, and standing in my power – unapologetically!

Now I am in touch with an inner power I thought was outside of me.  A power to attract and create the life and love I truly want. The change does not occur outside of me, it happens within and the outside aligns.

The relationship you have with yourself is default programing. No one taught you how to love yourself. You picked up programing and patterns that were passed down from generation to generation and throughout societies ideals. It is time to create new, positive patterns aligned with the love and life you wish to experience.

This is an approach to Self Love like no other.  A radical approach!
