After a life event led me to take a sharp turn off my path, I dove deep into metaphysical and alternative healing modalities. I intuitively knew there was something more, beyond the circumstances, for me to discover.
In my discovery, I freed myself emotionally, physically and energetically from limiting thought patterns stemmed from childhood trauma, programming, and conditioning.
My deep, grounded Soul connection to the Divine supports my superpower of defining the core internal block holding clients back from what they desire to experience and express through themselves.
From that awareness, I guide my clients to their new found freedom, deep connection to self, and feeling confident in living life as their fullest expression – with ease and grace.
I work with heart-centered entrepreneurs, creative supernovas, and sensitive leaders—superhumans (like you!) who want to unlock bigger, better, and NOW in their business and creative enterprises.
In my free time, you will find me getting lost in nature, reading a variety of books at once, experimenting with recipes in the kitchen, stretching on a yoga mat with blaring rock and roll in the background, behind my sewing machine making something cozy, and dancing freely – in my kitchen, a hiking trail, or on a dance floor.
