21 Day Challenge – Speak and Think Positive

Are you up for it?

If you desire more energy, to feel happier, and to have more out of life I challenge you to quit complaining, gossiping, and being judgmental for the next 21 days.  If you catch yourself (I encourage you to enlist an accountability partner to join you), then you must start over.

How can you expect to feel happy and have a great life if you’re complaining and being negative?  Joy and depression cannot coexist. Which do you choose?

If you’re single, do you really believe you’ll call in the one with a negative attitude and judgmental self-talk?

Try it! You’ll feel a difference quite quickly!  Put out positive thoughts and words and see how people, events, and opportunities will come to you.

Then come back here and leave a comment about what happened for you.  How do you feel, what shifted in your life, how are others responding to you, who have you attracted into your life? or whatever!

It’s the simplest shift you can make for more happiness in your life!

P.S. I realize some people enjoy not feeling good and actually feel good feeling bad. Make sense? It’s true. I’ve known them.  But, if you are ready to let go of what isn’t working for you and keeping you in a hole and depressed and you want to experience a new level of “good”, give this a shot. You’ll get your power back, your energy will raise, you’ll be attracting things into your life you only hoped for in the past – life will feel magical. I know because it’s where I began my shift. Our thoughts and words are more powerful than we’re ever taught.  Give it a try. What do you have to lose other than your long face and low energy?!
