What are you thinking?

The thoughts we think have a powerful effect on how we feel and the circumstances we create around us.

Obvious thoughts that we speak might be:
“I’m so tired”
“Dating is hard”
“I’ll never find the right one for me”
“All the available men are taken”
“I’m stupid, fat, too powerful, don’t have my stuff together”… insert whatever negative thought here

Can you feel the energy of those words when you read them? Heavy! And what do you think you create from those statements? Exactly what you say!

Your thoughts create your reality. It’s said we have about 70,000 thoughts a day! Most of those thoughts are on auto pilot based on subconscious belief systems!

Your thoughts are more powerful than you know!

If you’re not experiencing or attracting into your life that perfect partner, the money you desire, the health you want to feel, or the circumstances you desire to experience – change your thoughts!

How do you begin? Simply start becoming aware and paying attention to what you’re thinking and feeling.

So, lets say you go on yet another bad date or you’re just not getting responses on your on line dating profile. Sit with yourself for a moment after that date or after checking your dating profile – ask yourself “How do I feel about this? What is my mind telling me about this situation?” Just wait, something will come up – allow whatever comes through to come to you without judgement. The ego will try to derail you from moving into what it’s been trying to protect you from. It is these thoughts and beliefs we’ve picked up or made mean something about ourselves from some past pain or experience. We’ve held onto them in order to having to experience the same pain or hurt again. But! They’re no longer serving you! AND they’re keeping you from having what your heart truly desires.

With practice and patience you can get to theses underlying beliefs, fears, and thoughts.
