Your path is a unique one and you’re being guided to tap deeply within to that all knowing space and to surrender to your true path that is unfolding.
No more living from headspace or in others expectations. It’s about YOU, your Soul, your authentic expression.
And what’s not aligned, must go.

That means:
- jumping without seeing a net,
- flying and trusting the wings will appear,
- walking forward and only the very next brick appears for you to step on.
Deep listening. Trusting. Having faith.
Here are some practices to move through these high energy and intense shifts as you’re preparing to take quantum leaps.
Don’t dismiss the simplicity. The ego and personality like to make things more complicated and keep you spinning.
1. Breathe! Nervous systems are being triggered with this energy. Breathing lets your body know a saber-tooth tiger isn’t chasing you.
2. Slow down. Do the minimum necessary. Skip invitations and obligatory events. Let yourself off the hook of expectations.
3. Be patient. With the process, yourself and others. Know you’re moving forward – even when it doesn’t feel like it.
4. Don’t take things personally. Many are spinning out and aren’t aware of what is happening. Remember you’re not responsible for others feelings.
4. Take care of your body. Movement helps energy flow. Sweating is even better to support toxin release (lots of fears coming up for release). Drink water. Intuitively eat.
5. Meditate. Meditation isn’t about controlling your thoughts. It’s about not letting your thoughts control you. Don’t let your mind spin out into stories or fears. The old stories and fears have to go. Let them rise and release.
6. Take responsibility for your responses and feelings. It is uncomfortable. But, don’t go all Linda Blair and projectile vomit your crap all over others. It’s all coming up for your transmutation. Release it to your higher self.
7. Remain present with the sensations that arise. Your fears, buried beliefs, trauma, and subconscious patterns hold energy. What you’re feeling are those energies coming up for ejection. Let it go.
8. And breathe some more.
Simple. Not always easy. Necessary to move through because of where you’re headed.
