We all have the ability to create what we want in our lives – whether you decide to do it consciously or subconsciously. Although, I’ve found more positive results with the prior.
One way to bring more of what you want in your life is to create a Vision Board. This gives the mind something tangible to look at while the subconscious does the work (along with the help of the Universe) to attract it.
Here is what you need:
White poster board
Magazines
Scissors
Glue
Your imagination
I do this around the time of the New Moon when its about bringing more of what you want into your life. FYI.. the Full Moon is about releasing what isn’t working for your life.
I create a nice space for myself with candles and relaxing music and just let my intuition guide me.
Begin by going through your magazines and cut out whatever pictures catch your attention as for something you want in your life. The important thing here is the picture creates excitement, an energy, a feeling inside of you. Don’t dwell too much on the photos, just go with your feelings.
As you start cutting the pictures you like, begin placing them on your board. I prefer to lay them out in the position of the Feng Shui Bagua (pic below). This allows my mind to connect what I want for those areas of my life – Romance, Career, Health, Family, Creativity, Helpful People, Fame, Wealth, and Knowledge. Be sure to include a picture of yourself on it!
Glue the pictures on – try to fill all open spaces. Then hang it where you’ll see it every day. Spend time looking at it and allowing your imagination to bring you to the feeling of what it would be like for you to have all you want in your life.
I found it interesting that what I thought I wanted (in my mind) was different from what I was putting on my board. It does bring clarity. And when there is clarity for what you want it becomes a lot easier to attract and allow it in!
