It can be easy to get wrapped up in what our current experience is. Current experience is a manifestation of previous thoughts.
To create change, imagine, vision, and daydream what you desire to experience. Be playful. Have fun. Say to yourself “Imagine if…. ” (then tell the experience you want).
Then feel what that would feel like. The feeling tunes your energetic vibration to that experience. Just like tuning into a radio station.
Sometimes is is hard to pull away from the challenging “reality” we are currently experiencing. It possible and imperative if you want a change.
To move your focus from circumstance and create a shift in your reality, move your body, play the “imagine if” game, write out what you want, shift your thought stream, watch or listen to something funny, get out in nature.
Consciousness changes the unconscious.
At the very least… Do not feed the fearful, negative thoughts!
