I hosted a private gathering this past weekend. The invitation was to go deeper within the self, connect with the heart – radical self-love.
Because the world you perceive and experience around you is a materialization of what is within you.
The conditioning, the programming, the mechanisms of survival, the behaviors to avoid pain, the limitations you picked up from those before and around you…
These materialize in your life as challenges with money, relationships, health, business, ability to create…
Challenges to grow and expand from – not to stop you or make life miserable.
It’s all your perception and you have the capacity to shift.
And when you shift what is within you, your WORLD shifts too.
I get it – it can be so f*ucking uncomfortable at times to see these parts of ourselves.
But, even when we are not looking, they are there. Others see and feel them too.
Your life reflects as such.
So, trying to fix the thing outside of you – the person, the marketing plan, the money, the world, your body – is keeping you on a hamster wheel.
Freedom and empowerment come from cultivating WITHIN and setting yourself free to be, live, feel, express, create.
It’s not so much about getting rid of what is in the way.
Those things will naturally rise up and transmute as you step into your CHOICES.
Truly choosing what you want for yourself and how you want to feel.
From there you’ll be presented with the inner mechanisms that have been in your way.
Keep choosing forward.
Choose love.
Choose yourself.
Life will meet you there.
