I was out of balance and undernourished.

⁣⁣⁣So, after these six months of being home, working a lot more, and not getting the nourishment my body needs, I needed a shift!

I brought myself through a 21-day detox and parasite cleanse protocol. 

And, I feel ahhhhmazing!
